Erroneous Security Plug removal detected message

Our server comes up with the following error ever 6 or 8 weeks:
Comet Security Error, Security Plug removal detected, terminating Comet Security Server

The systems is shutdown and rebooted once a week and is not moved. It seems that rebooting the system after it happens corrects the problem.
