You're right, it looks like this mnemonic is unimplemented. It must be something from way way back, as I don't see any documentation, or even any examples of it used anywhere...

It looks like it just prints Hex @777700@ then the arguments supplied. My guess is this was implemented in Novell/NLM, and this mnemonic was used to access it.
