I added Opt(L) to the compile command but it made no difference. What I did notice was it created a .tmp file and CAPI lst file in directory IBS with 0 and 1 bytes respectively. When I tried to open the .tmp file it said that it couldn't find it and asked if I wanted to create it. It looks to me that it isn't writing to the .tmp file in the IBS directory leaving 0 bytes then not transferring to CATEMP.
