Hi Justin,
I have done some more testing on the compiler problem. I have 2 systems. One is named AD-COMET (a desktop which is the problem) and the other is named PAVILION (a laptop) which is OK. I have changed each of the machines to reference LOCALHOST and then loaded each one up. I followed the same sequence for each on start-up. I loaded the start menu Z on session T00 and CAPI on session T04 and then did a compile on each. PAVILION compiled OK. AD-COMET loitered on the processing message on the Ultra Edit output window. It seems that AD-COMET is not reading the source file as the is nothing listed in the .tmp file in the source directory.
Is there a source file for the compiler that I can check as to what it is doing and where it writes the .tmp file and the CAPI.lst file.
I have attached the CFAM and COMET logs for each machine and a dump of the IBS files.
