The Compile is controlled by Comet.

If you are running Comet32 you will get a C32 object.

If you are using a 32bits Windoze version, you have to put a switch "/C32" to force Comet to run the Comet32 version otherwise it may default to the 16bits version.

If your Windoze is 64 bits then you are using Comet32 and can't use Comet16 or compile a C16 object.

Not exactly sure of the /32 switch syntax.
