Workstation Error

Every other day we will get a workstation that receives the following error message:
Error 9B & 61 trying to run Qenditor - possible handle problem
or
Error 61 & 61 trying to run Qenditor - possible handle problem
Once this error messge is closed, all Comet sessions shut down.
Any suggestions for trouble shooting?
We are running:
CometServe32 - 4.07, Security Server 4.06, Comet2004 - 340
using both WinXP and Win98 workstations
