Hi All,
I posted previously on this subject where I have an end-user with
USB label printers hooked up locally and configured locally under
the NODE section in the INI file. The symptoms were an EXCP 30, Device Inop, returned by Comet yet the operator can go into the Windows printer folder and print a test page just fine.
I have a Zebra label printer in-house doing more labels for a different end-user. This is also attached via USB and this one is
showing the same symptoms. The only difference is that I cannot print
at all out of Comet with this one whereas the other end-user can, most of the time, print properly. They only occasionally get the
"Printer Unavailable" message. So if anybody wants some help in debugging I'm set up and ready to go.
