WOW, this thread is getting too long. XAP uses BACKGROUND partitions. I have no idea why there would be a t08 lingering around. You had better send me your ini file and any other info that may be helpfull for me to reproduce the problem.
Are you sure that cgifile is in your xap folder and it is one of the first 50 configured directories?
