This error indicates an error in the key tree of the file (VP3). Either use the key build utility to rebuild (if the key data is in the record) or restore from a backup taken from before the damage occurred. Make sure that every user has dir TST configured as the same type (ie all refer to it as type "S"). Mixing dir type configurations for a dir can cause this damage.
