Our offices are in PennCom Plaza, a large office building with entrances on both 31st Street and 30th Street, mid-block between Sixth and Seventh Avenues.
Pennsylvania Station ( Amtrak, Long Island Railroad & Madison Square Garden ) is one-half block away between 31st - 33rd Streets, Seventh & Eighth Avenues.
Grand Central Station ( Metro-North Railroad ) is at 42nd Street and Park Avenue.
Taxi in from LaGuardia airport, the closest of the three metro airports. JFK is a longer taxi ride, but the rail access is not a simple thing to accomplish. Newark airport does have shuttle service to Newark for PATH ( Port Authority Trans-Hudson ) trains that come in to 33rd and Sixth Ave., about a block away.
Manhattan is laid out with streets running East-West ( Even numbered streets one-way eastbound, Odd westbound, though some like 23rd, 34th, 42nd are both directions). Avenues run North-South and are in the following order going from east ( East River ) to west ( Hudson River ):
York Ave ( only exists above appr. 50th ) TW

Park Ave TW
Fifth AVe OWD
Sixth Ave OWU
Seventh Ave OWD

Broadway TW cuts at a diagonal southeast to northwest. Crosses Sixth Ave at Macy's/Herald Square which is three blocks from our office.
20 city block streets = one mile. For example to walk from 31st street to 51st street uptown on Sixth Avenue is appr one mile.
Avenue blocks are much wider.
