System Problems

I am still having problems with my customer. Comet worked fine on a sloer server. When we switched to a faster server, problems started happening. Here is a list of strange occurences:
1) After running a short while we get error 99 & 99. I tried changing the drive designation to UNC but then it doesn't find the folders. I tried using the /log option but got errors in startup saying it can't create an exisiting file. Permission are OK because I can delete, add or change any file on all of the folders in question through Explorer.
2) XAP works fine from the server with Comet running on the server using the drive designation (C:). Does this have an affect on the other user?

I can be at the customer's site to work this through. Please let me know.
