1. Enter Blind Password screen would appear normal.
2. The password file had a run for a user log in program that might be a standard CPL80 or a custom size. This screen and all following would be messed up. Size would be wrong. FG and BG sometimes reversed. Etc.
3. At Enter Blind Password, if a password that went to READY was entered the screen would be normal and all programs run from that point on would be normal.
4. PINGing the CAW host would be 500-1000ms. Way above the 50-100 I expected from a DSL or T1 connection.
Both of my cases were with customers of customers who were allowed remote access via CAW. Once their corporate IT staff fixed their networking problems CAW returned to normal.
