Downloaded 409 and installed.
First try received the same error as 408 but the install proceed to "Finish" instead of crashing. As usual, I forgot to stop "Comet Services". But that shouldn't bother the cbSetup portion.
Second try ran to completion without errors.
This is similar to my experience with 408 and the cbSetup I downloaded from Marx. cbSetup fails, but does enought to allow CSP to finish.
I didn't try the quirky "Back" button experiment.
