Yes, you are right. I guess we should deliver coswglob.ini (if it exists) to the CometAanywhere client just as we do cosw.exe and cosp.exe. We do not do that now. We are working on a design for a new Cmonitor. That is where the update would happen.
By the way, QSTARTX only runs in the first partition of a Comet launch before CMONITOR runs.
