Yes, You need 2 file server licenses to access directories on 2 CometServe file servers. The licenses MUST come from the same security server. The following would work:

Server = N00,TCP,L,xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx; Austin
Server = N01,TCP,L,yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy; Dallas
[NODE]
Name = local;
Server = N00,s; ; Get security from Austin
Server = N00,f;(or c) ; File Server in Austin
Server = N01,f;(or c) ; File Server in Dallas
