Hi Grant. The message "COSC message log error" simply means that CFAM was trying to display a message in the COSC window (Startup details) but the program (COSC) wasn't ready to accept messages. I'll look into this but it's not an issue - there is nothing wrong.
I'll look into adding the time to CFAM log messages.
