Hi Matthew. It sounds like a problem with your Windows installation. Windows includes some special programs that allow legacy 16 bit programs to run. A very small part of Comet is still 16 bit and might have a problem if the Windows subsystem is not working properly. Is this a new installation or did this problem just start happening? What version of Windows are you using? Also, how is Comet configured (security and file server)?
