Multiple Sites

I need to know if someone ever tried something like this.

We need to set-up some sort of remote mirror server. The primary server would be located in our shop, an industrial environment not suitable for sensitive equipment, and our backup server would be setup at a remote location that would house our management and accounting personnel.

Both servers need to be kept synchronized at all time. The same data can be update by either location. Two sites are linked by an internet link.

Location ‘A’ has 10 terminals running 3 sessions each.
Location ‘B’ has 3 terminals running up to 4 sessions each.

Master replica of the data should be in location ‘B’.

The only solution that we can think of given our limited knowledge of wide area network is to get the 10 terminals on location ‘A’ to run CometAnywhere. That would require the acquisition of 30 licenses…. And we are afraid response time would be sluggish.

Current configuration is a single server in location ‘A’ with all stations attached local and one remote computer using CometAnywhere. The server needs to be replaced again because of the too harsh environment it is in. This is why we want to move the main server out.

Obviously we are not sure what to do.

Suggestions anyone ?
