Not necessarily at startup. Sometimes it occurs during processing, sometimes when the pc has been inactive for a while. I saw the error after processing an invoice. We went to print it and the error box popped up.
The network is the same as it was when everything was working fine. The only hardware change was the old server to the new server. All other network activities work fine, internet access, email, explorer Excel, etc. I'll have a hard time proving it's hardware unless I can be very specific.
