The create statement now has a lot of parameters; the more parameters the greater the opportunity for error. I propose a great simplification:
CREATE DB_Mgr_FileName
The .D00 file HAS to be in the same folder {DIR} as the data file.
The .DOO "knows" record length, file type, key length, and key position.
And this scheme zips the system - IB programs and DB Mgr - into one unified thingie.
