Start Up - Comet 2005

I started Comet and then clicked on Comet Explorer. I checked the settings - they were - target d:\Comet\ arg = /pn=millwork / start in Comet. This started comet in t01. I got the following error messages:
Comet was not started
System error 1 file system not loaded.

2nd Question: Is it missing CFAM ? - if yes how do if configure CFAM?
