Error Running CometServerProducts409.exe

Running CometServerProducts409.exe

Click Next on Install Shield Wizard.

Starts Extracting files then get this error:

Unable to locate Comet Kernel Mode Driver. Run Comet NT Setup.

Click OK.

Then get:

16 bit Windows Subsystem c:\windows\system\32\autoexec.nt the system file is not suitable for running MSDOS and Microsoft windows applications. Choose close to terminate application.

Any Ideas?
