No Task Bar Item for No Session Available Message

We noticed today that when Comet client starts up and the warning message "No Comet Sessions Available" dialog box is displayed there is no task on the task bar. This happened on a machine that run's automated processes, it was not until we minimized another foreground application that we saw the message.
