I have found that I MUST check the Debug option, Edit -->> Options, that says "Begin program (Run/Enter)" If I don't the debugger does not stop when I load up the program I want to test.
Of course, and I don't understand this one bit, with that option checked, every program I start in that partition, as I work my way to the overlay I want to test, stops and I have to click the step tool on the tool bar to move on. It gets tedious but the debugger is GREAT!!
