When installing Comet 2004 or 2005 v.345, we get the following error message when attempting to launch comet (using comet.exe or cosw.exe).
title bar: "cosw: system error" error message: "The system cannot find the file specified". after the error message, the comet session does launch properly.
if we install an older version of comet, and let the system do the update (initiated by cmonitor), then the message does not appear
