The way it works now seems counter intuitive. It seems to me that we should change this behavior to name the file in the archive as follows.

1. if there is a spoolmsg, use it
2. if no spool msg, but a document=, use that
3. if none of the above, use the program name

I guess it would not be difficult to change this, right barb?
