Did some more testing. Set up session #1 in full screen and left it up as a "background". Set the font size with CWFONT for session 2 starting at 8 and incrementing by 2. Tried this on three PC's with different video modes to see when the child window changed from being smaller than the parent to being bigger than the parent.
PC #1 600x80 (Win2K)
--------------------
8 - OK
10 - OK
12 -BAD
PC #2 1024x768 (XP)
-------------------
8 - OK
10 - OK
12 - OK
14 - BAD
PC #3 1920x1200 (XP)
--------------------
24 - OK
26 - BAD
The program starts with a (Screen=105,32) which, at the higher font sizes, causes a horizontal scroll bar. Seems like, when the scroll bar appears the child gets bigger than the parent.
The attached screen shots are from PC # 1. I dragged stuff around to show the differences from full to normal.
In full screen, PC #1 and 2 show "...", in the child. I'm going to widen the child window until everything is in view. If that's not enough I start reducing the view font. Then repeat the fun.
