Widened the child window and decreased the display font a bit to get everything to show in full screen.
PC # 1 800x600 Win2K

9 had no horizontal scroll bar. 10 did.
PC #2 1024x768 XP

Screen shots are from PC # 2 for font size 12 and 14. The "B" snapshots are parent only and show that both 12 and 14 have a horizontal scroll bar. 12's is smaller.
