This extract is from the DOS command Copy a File.
The HELP explains, very clearly, how to specify where the source data is to come from - the top of the file or some position in the file.
Would somebody please explain how to code this command to:
1) Copy
2) Merge
3) Append
Discussion: This pseudo function copies a file via DOS, providing a quick copy. The copying can start at the beginning of the source file or from the current location in the file. The source file can be copied, merged, or appended to the target file.
