I've looked at the situation regarding CoswGlob.Ini and while I am able to give COSP access to CoswGlob.Ini, I am unable to provide a commandline override (/INI=) to allow the specification of an alternate location for the CoswGlob.ini file. This means that CoswGlob.Ini must reside in the same folder as COSP.EXE (Comet programs folder). This change will be available in Comet build 348.
