You're right on. We were just beginning to investigate the feasibility of expanding the number of DABs to 100 and some preliminary changes were made to this effect. Unfortunately, we forgot to tell QMONITOR!! What's happening is that QMONITOR is only clearing out the first 50, then establishing the ones requested for the password. The last 50 are retaining their configured value. QMONITOR can't clear more than 50 yet because the ACCESS stmt doesn't accept values greater than 49.
So.... we're going to back out the change until we can rethink it.
Thanks for pointing this out. We're getting right on it.
So, does anybody out there want more than 50 DABs? OPENs without a dir would take longer if the list was longer. Perhaps we're trying to do something that isn't necessary?
