Updated CometFaxSupport

Due to a change in the location of some Comet registry settings, the CometFaxSupport.exe installation program may report "Comet cannot be found" and abort the installation. This problem has be fixed and the updated CometFaxSupport.exe can be found at the Signature download website in the "Comet Fax Driver" folder.
