XP Firewall question

Just installed latest set of 10 MS patches and rebooted. Then installed CW.348 on my office PC that serves as CAW and XAP host. When I started COSW, several times, the XP Firewall gave a warning about "TODO" trying to access the internet. See attached screen. I gave the firewall the OK on the "TODO" and CAW and XAP appear to be working correctly.

Task Manager now shows "ClibNetServe.exe" on this PC that I don't see on my laptop (no CAW and no XAP).

Do these belong to Comet?
