We have scheduled the meeting for the mornings of May 3rd thru May 6th (Tuesday - Friday) at the Atrium Suites Hotel (www.atriumsuiteshotel.com), see the address and phone number below. It is located just off the strip, next to the Hard Rock Casino and Hotel. All rooms are 2 room suites (1 King or 2 double beds) and the hotel has guaranteed a rate of $89/night if you identify yourself as with the Signature Systems group. There is no casino in the hotel so it's on the "quiet side", but you aren't far from the action. There are other types of rooms available in nearby hotels, some as low as $40/night that I found using Travelocity, Yahoo Travel, Hotels.com or TripAdvisor.com, but many airlines package a room and a car with your tickets so don't forget that option. You should book early as there are a number of conventions going on that week.
