Because of the CometAnywhere update process, in the past we had to update COSW every time we made a new build of comet.
This was wrong, because it caused a CometAnywhere client update even though none of those programs changed.
The CometAnywhere update process now compares the cosw version of the user that started Comet (the Host) with the cosw version of the CometAnywhere client cosw. If these are different, it initiates an update of the client.
In the future, you will see that we change the cosw build number only when something in the ca client software changes.
