In your last message you said you were getting an error because the Security Server could not find your license.txt file. Are you sure you resolved that problem? Right click on the Security Server icon and display the console. Are all of your expected licenses available?
If so, then attempt to start Comet. See if any activity is logged in the Security Server console window.
