Hi Greg. It doesn't make sense that this only happens from "certain" IB programs. The opening of a "?" printer is handled entirely by COSP. Check to make sure that you're ALWAYS using the version of COSP.EXE that came with the release. COSP now verifies (by opening) that the "last used" printer to make sure it's still valid. Try a test with one of the programs that fails by starting COSP from a shortcut including "/DEBUG" on the command line. Let me know what you find in the log window.
