I do not know. I talked to Brian about this, and I agree that we should look at your test program and file here and see what is happening. In general I always think cs32 is better because it is more consistent.

We could generate a demo certificate. Before it expires, you could sell them the server or revert back to the original certificate.

The following error occurs in trying to add a new record to file OHXREF. It is a keyed file rec = 31 and key = 31. The file has 606705 records. Data File size is 18,807,855. The key size is 35,662,848. Filechk is successful on the file. The top level is 4 in the key map.
We got the error originally - different record key - when trying to add the record in their usual processing program. I cleared the file and wrote a program to regenerate the file - CNVOHX. Got the same error. They are running Comet 2003 on an NT server without the file system.
Any ideas? I have attached the source listing from spool for CNVOHX. If you have any questions or suggestions please call.
