Working with Mozilla's Thunderbird E-mail client. Getting clobbered with worms, trogans and viruses. Everyone likes to save mail and addresses and when these files get clobbered, Norton Anti-virus takes the entire file and quarantines it. Thus robbing the user of their e-mail and/or address book. Want to make it real simple for clients to backup their e-mail and address book. Win 2000/XP supposedly has a search string called %appdata% that represents the DOS path C:\Documents and Seetings\[User Name]\Application Data. Can this string be used with Comet's DOS functions and/or (CopyFile)???
