single user comet 2003 security question

Hi -

I've always used a 32 digit password on single user systems. Now I see =
that I am getting a license.txt document instead. =20

Do I need to install comet security server on a single user system now?

If yes, Do I need to use the server command in the sysgen for the site?

If no, where do I put the license.txt so it is recognized properly?
