Security Server Error

I validated the plug number of 10192
I opened the license.txt file along with running CSecSrv.exe file. I get the security server to come up showing that I have 1 Comet Anywhere and 1 Comet. The display of this crops the right hand side and cuts off some text on the right side. The heading is CometServices 32. I try to start up Comet but I get to the heading validating TCP and it stops.
