Security Server Error

I switched from D:\Cometservices to C:\Comet services.
I deleted D:\Cometservices
I clicked on Server Security shortcut
Comet Security server 32 came up
The dialog was:
Located license
validated
using license.txt
located license certificate

I got the following error msg.
error cosh network error winsock
error 10065 no route to host
target 10.0.0.1
connecting comet security server tpcip
What am I missing to get this to work ?
