COSW creates the CATOOLS and CATEMP alias' the first time they are referenced. It creates the alias under the CaFiles folder which is also created as needed. The CaFiles folder is created below the folder that that the Comet programs are run from providing the folder is on the same system. If Comet was run from a network drive then CaFile is created in the "Windows" or "WINNT" directory.
