Can Comet https post an XML file across the internet ?

Hi

We have a Customer that uses eComet.

I was wondering if they could write script to send a Purchase Order in ebXML format using secure https post over the internet ?

I am not familiar with the Internet Basic language so perhaps someone with this knowledge can help me out with this question ??
