Comet Anywhere licenses are issued by version. Therefore, if you have a Comet Anywhere 2005 license, your Comet Anywhere host must run Comet 2005. Assuming you are loading Comet from a server, the workstation install just put down the required .dlls, which should be the same for Comet 2004 as for Comet 2005. So, you shouldn't have to rerun the workstation install.
