I'd like to chime in here if you don't mind. The keyfile is processed 100% by COSW, so whatever is happening should be there. You can determine if this is the problem by trying a different version of COSW. The only othe possibility is if there is some interaction between COSW and QMONITOR(CMONITOR?). Are you using the same REL release for these tests?
