XAPMon and CFAM configured

XAPMON will not start up if there is a CFAM server configured. Even if I remove the CFAM directory it fails. The program gets to opening gateway and is hung.

I removed the CFAM server from the configuration and it runs fine. Please advise next steps. Note results are the same on 352 and 354 release.
