CA testing on my machine

I'm testing out CopyFile on my machine, running Comet2K .354 05.03
It has a CometAnywhere session configured. I have a CA icon up that
runs my same cosw.exe with a /net:10.0.0.4 I get a "Waiting for Logon" dialog box which disappears and nothing happens. Security Server seems to think that it has granted a CA license because I see the count says 1 of 3. My CosC startup details shows the following:
16:03:58 ( 0-1320270) Connection Refused: Session rejected
16:03:58 (-1-1320270) Detach initiated: RemoteInit failed, Notify=Yes
16:08:27 ( 0-1320270) Connection Refused: Session rejected
16:08:27 (-1-1320270) Detach initiated: RemoteInit failed, Notify=Yes

Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Tom.
