Videotape the conference with the regular everyday video camera. I'll be glad to bring mine if you will allow it.
Then take the tape and transfer it to DVD. I'll be glad to do it.
Then take the DVD and transfer it to MPEG, 20-30min videos, that can be uploaded to a secure area at Signature.net for all to enjoy.
Let me know and I'll bring my camera and plenty of blank tapes.
