For printers LP1-LP9, I was starting at 18.
For printers L10-L99, also 18
For printers LPA-LPZ, I was starting at 11. No idea why. It was my first Comet Windows (old) program. It looked fine on the screen with no leading spaces and no STRIP command. Changed it to 18 and it looks the same as with 11.
I set up the archive printers in the range LAA-LAZ and grabbed from 6.
So, all's well.
